Are you highly sensitive?

Carl Jung was the first to mention that some people are born with an innate sensitivity. Elaine Aron was the first to research his claims. She confirmed 15-20% of the population are highly sensitive.

A highly sensitive person (HSP) is someone who 1. Has a more fine-tuned nervous system 2. Is able to draw more meaning out of an experience. 3. Can become overwhelmed if they don't get time to process the sensory feedback.

It's said that HSPs have a more intense reactions to art and music. They are more aware of aesthetics. They are more aware of social vibes and feedback from others. And they
