What are the four areas of life you consider?
I consider your intropersonal and individual situation, your interpersonal and social life, your professional life, and your career goals, and finally, your recreative life, and your access to meaningful hobbies and interests.

I consider the iNtuitive dimension of your need for and value of novelty and new things, and the Sensing dimension of your need of organization and structure in life. I also study the Feeling dimension of your need for emotional fulfilment and purpose in life, and your need for competence, skill, and a sense of accomplishment in life.

Self-awareness can improve your decision making skills, help you set effective and positive goals, and to find the right career for you. Introspection, when done right, can give you a stronger sense of agency. By knowing yourself, you also know how to better motivate and take care of yourself, so that you can live a happier life.
