1. Ask for clarification when others use jargon – don’t let them hide behind complex and unintuitive buzzwords.

3. Seek the sweet spot : complex enough to give a meaningful definition for each type, but simple enough to be understood by a layman.
Nobody knows everything about personality psychology, and we are all learning. Trust your own judgement and practice critical thinking. Promote humility when discussing personality psychology with your friends, acquinttances and family members. When other people seem shallow or stereotypical, ask for clarifications and depth. When other people seem too complicated or theoretical, ask for practical examples. Promote a meaningful and clear use of personality psychology. Question those that act sure of themselves, when in reality, they are just bullshitting you.
