Being an introvert has a lot of benefits, many of which are related to mental health and well-being. For example, introverts often have increased flow and mental clarity. They’re also more likely to be confident in their own skin, which can make socializing less taxing.

The INFP had always been a bit of an introvert. She loved spending time alone, reading books, and writing in her journal. However, she always felt like something was missing in her life. One day, she met an ESTJ and they became friends. This boy was outgoing and confident, and the INFP was immediately drawn to them. The boy helped the INFP to become more outgoing and confident. He showed her how to have fun and enjoy life, without pressuring her to be more social or bubbly than she wanted to be.

She is now a different person. She is still an introvert at heart, but she has learned how to enjoy life and connect with others in a comfortable way for her. She is grateful for her ESTJ friend, who helped her find herself and become the person she was meant to be.

Here are some tips for embracing your introverted side and enjoying all the benefits it has to offer:

  1. Go to cafes, restaurants, and concerts alone.

If you’re an introvert, spending time alone can be really enjoyable. It gives you a chance to relax and recharge without having to worry about anyone else’s needs or opinions. Plus, it’s a great way to get in touch with your own thoughts and feelings.

  1. Take social breaks at events and parties if you start feeling overwhelmed.

Introverts can get overwhelmed easily in social situations, so it’s important to take breaks when necessary. If you start feeling overwhelmed or tired, step away from the crowd for a bit and recharge your batteries. You’ll be glad you did.

  1. Be confident as an introvert.
Don’t talk if you don’t want to, and feel comfortable just observing at an event.

There’s no need to feel self-conscious about being an introvert – there are plenty of others out there who understand what it’s like! Be confident in who you are and enjoy all the unique qualities that come with being an introvert.
